Suicide has become a national emergency in the United States. On average, a person dies of suicide in this country every 11 minutes. This trend affects white men disproportionately. In this podcast, we review what suicide is, what risk factors could help us identify suicidal ideation, and what actions we can take to protect ourselves or loved ones from the risk of suicide.
