My mental health and mental wellness services are designed to preemptively promote the psychological well-being of your employees and create a healthy and supportive work environment, which has a positive impact on individuals, teams and entire organizations.

Services include mental health screenings, workshops and lectures on managing stress, identifying burnout, managing depression, managing social anxiety and the practice of mindfulness, among others. I also train managers to promote the psychological well-being of their direct reports and care for their emotional needs.

If needed, I can provide psychotherapy services in situ or refer to the appropriate level of care.

My services also include the evaluation of problematic behavior among team members and the design of interventions to improve their personal interaction.
